Sinopse
Time Warp is a popular science television program produced for the Discovery Channel in the United States, in which MIT scientist, teacher, and artist, Jeff Lieberman and high speed camera expert Matt Kearney, turn their high speed camera on everyday occurrences and amazing talents. What´s revealed by the slow-motion footage are magical mythical moments, unseen by the human eye.[1]
Season One was filmed primarily in Boston, MA and the surrounding area during the Summer and Autumn of 2008. Some scenes have also been filmed in Los Angeles, CA. Post Production for Season One was completed in Toronto Canada by Triangle Studios. The show is currently airing each Wednesday at 8 p.m.ET/PT. During the earlier 1/2 hour format it was followed by a second new episode airing at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT, on Discovery Channel US, however it is now shown as single episodes in a full hour format. ´Time Warp´ airs before another popular television program on Discovery Channel, ´Mythbusters´, which is a similar show.
Metallica has made a guest appearance on an episode, entitled simply Metallica, looking to see what heavy metal looks like on the high-speed camera.
